Visa on Arrival:
You can obtain a Tanzanian visa upon arrival. You will need to fill out a form and present your passport at the immigration counter. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months.
Visa fees are $100 USD for US citizens and $50 USD for citizens of other countries.
eVisa:
To obtain an eVisa, you must fill out an online form, make a payment, and submit the application. The application will be reviewed internally and processed accordingly. Applicants will receive notifications regarding their visa status via email.
We advise all travelers applying for an eVisa to use the official Tanzania Immigration website only and avoid other links. The official link is Tanzania Immigration Website.
When applying for an eVisa, you will initially need to provide basic information such as email, passport number, country of passport issuance, and answer a security question. Once these details are completed, you can start a new application and fill in all required fields accurately.
